Working Mission Statement:
The Buttercup and Poppy Cat Rescue Organization seeks to reduce the number of abandoned, stray, and feral cats in the community by implementing a TNR (trap-neuter-release) program for feral cats, rescuing, fostering, and adopting stray and abandoned cats, and assisting low income cat owners with spay and neuter surgery costs. The organization will also provide education to members of the community about the importance of spaying and neutering their pets.
